Some thoughts about Macbeth: Comfortable foot, ouchy heel - Everyone's right about the heel of the shoe, it does dig in, you're gonna need something there for a while. But besides that, this is easily the most comfortable "old school" looking shoe around! There is actually some arch support and padding going on. The shoes are very slimming on your feet, and they look awesome. Lots of comments on them. Make sure you do converse type fitting, and order a size or half a size smaller than your usual shoe size.
