Some thoughts about Emerica: Brutal truth - The shoe is a classic, but it has its downside. It can get bothersome when driving because of the rubber cap on top of the shoe. It's just something you gotta put up with if you like the shoe. Now a review for the drummers. It's the closest thing to playing barefooted. You get the same thing as the driving problem because your feet are bend at a certain degree, so the rubber will kind of dig in with some double bass pedal action, but it's a great shoe. I purchased the shoes for my daughter to perform in and they look great on her. My son likes the shoes as well and wears them more than my daughter. They are comfortable and look great as well. I purchased the black on black and they are great. It is a good shoe and I recommend it to anyone. Also the service from this company is excellent.
